Whenever possible, we aim to secure return loads to help reduce costs for both customers. When a return load is arranged, we may be able to offer a small discount, passing the savings directly to you.

For deliveries requiring extended driver availability, we offer half-day and full-day rates. This is ideal for customers who need the driver to wait, collect additional items, or deliver to another agreed address. These package options allow flexibility, whether you need same-day or multi-location deliveries.

Any additional fees, such as congestion charges, toll, or parking fees, will be applied transparently and only when necessary. We ensure customers are fully informed about these charges beforehand. If there are multiple routes available, we provide the option to select the route that best suits your needs.

If a delivery significantly exceeds the standard time frame, a surcharge may apply to cover additional driver time. This policy ensures that deliveries are completed efficiently while providing flexibility when unexpected delays arise.

Our payment terms are designed to offer convenience:

• Private customers: Payments are due within 14 days.
• Business customers: Payments are due within 28 days.

For new customers, we may request a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due within three days of delivery completion. Please note, statutory interest on late payments may be applied according to government guidelines.
